HOST SPONGES® are a soft absorbent organic product that is environmentally friendly.
Host Von Schrader's unique machines combine powerful 'extractorvac' technology and counter rotating brushes to ensure deep cleaning of dry soil and pile lifting right down to the carpet backing.
Brushing and working HOST SPONGES through and around the carpet fibres dissolves, traps soil, spots and odours as it cleans. Just as a kitchen sponge holds onto dirt HOST SPONGES hold dirt which are then removed by vacuuming.
Host leaves your carpets clean, dry and ready to use immediately.
HOST protects and prolongs the life of a carpet. So even though carpets may not look dirty they are. Tracked in oil from foot traffic create sticky deposits that attract more soil and dirt.
Fact: Carpets can hold up to twice their weight in dirt before it becomes visible!
The landing carpet above had a variety of stains some from pets. Deep vac extraction & pile lifting followed by pre-spraying and agitation with plant based microsplitters then Host sponges left the carpet clean, stain free, fragrant and perfectly dry.
The short ribbed pile carpet above is in a school staff room. The large stain of unknown origin was successfully removed using microsplitters, then the greasy soil was neutralised and extracted with the Host sponges.
School computer room with large stain from a leaking radiator. The Host 'Dry' system is ideal for use in this environment with a lot of electrical equipment. The carpet suffered very high traffic and it was noticeable how the Host filters had to be cleaned countless times just from the amount of dry soil that was extracted during the deep vacuuming process!
Note the change in colour, clearly an indication of how much soil was hidden.
